Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat urological conditions (kidney stones, BPH, urological cancers)
- Perform laparoscopic and endoscopic urological surgeries
- TURP, TURBT, PCNL, URS procedures
- Manage urological emergencies
- Conduct regular OPD and surgical lists
- Mentor junior medical staff
Candidate Requirements
- MCh Urology or DNB Urology (mandatory)
- 1-10 years of urology practice
- Laparoscopic surgery skills
- Valid MCI/NMC registration
- Dedication to patient-centered care
